Woodstock Duathlon is a 2 mile run, 20 K bike , 2 mile run held in picturesque Emrikson Park in Woodstock, IL.
Course Description
Rolling 2 mile Run followed by a hilly 20K Bike and then a reverse 2 mile Run back into transition.
Run (2 mile) - Both stages of the run will be held in and around beautiful Emricson Park. The scenic asphalt network of trails within the park varies from flat to rolling hills.
Bike (20K) - The bike course will be on gently rolling hills southwest of the park. Bring your own water on the bike course. There are no water stops.
Helmets are required as per ANSI/CPSP Standards.
Participant maximum - (200)
Note: This is a ABR certified event, NO additional fee is required for insurance
Age Group and Divisions
•Age groups - 15 - 19 years, 5 years age groups through 70+
•Relay teams - 2 people. Male/Female/Co-ed
Note - Racers can only enter one division
Awards
•Overall - Top 2 male and female finishers
•Age groups - First Place in each age category
•Relay teams - Top team in each category

Pre Race Packet Pick up
Please indicate on registration form the location of your packet pick up. Either Bike Haven in Woodstock, Running Depot in Crystal Lake or race morning at Emricson Park.

Refunds and Tranfers
We want you to participate in our race, however we know that life, injuries, etc may happen. You may transfer your race bib to another person via email to the race director prior to noon, Friday, September 14th, 2018.
The race registration payment is non-refundable. If you have a medical note from a physician and notify the Race Director prior to the race, a roll down for the 2019 event will be issued.
